The Mill Place condo is located on the first floor directly on Main Street within a block or two of the best Ludlow Village restaurants and shops and less than 1 mile to Okemo Mountain. Plus, the free Okemo ski shuttle stops in front of our building. Best Location in town. Walk to everything, the grocery, drug store, liquor store, bars and the best restaurants are all steps away.

This is not your average vacation rental. Our 2 bedroom condo features original exposed beam wood ceilings, a modern updated kitchen, wood countertops, all new appliances and a large industrial sink. Relax in front of the locally quarried oversized stone wood burning fireplace with free firewood. You'll love the designer touches throughout like our fabulous knotty cypress wood floors and industrial lighting, poured concrete bath vanity, torched wood barn doors in the bedrooms and a generous mudroom entry with a large bench and plenty of hooks to hang coats and gear.

During ski season enjoy the free Okemo Ski Mountain shuttle to the slopes that stops steps from the front door on weekends and holidays. Winter fun in Ludlow includes 121 fabulous ski runs at Okemo Ski Mountain, ice skating, snowmobiling, sledding, cross country skiing and more. Visit Spring House at Jackson Gore for year-round access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness classes. Apres’ ski enjoy a night out any one of the popular restaurants from pizza to fine dining.

In the summer, walk to the local farmers market on Friday evenings, catch a free outdoor town concert, visit a local cheese factory or swim in the nearby Buttermilk Falls. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
